Cannot record in IE 11 unless user accout is Administrator
This seems to be hitting users of Win 8, Win 8.1, Server 2012 and Server 2012 R2. If the account type is not set to Administrator (see attached screen shot) then Test Studio will not successfully connect the recorder. You click Record, then select IE. The browser will launch and you see "Connecting to browser" but when finished the IE window is blank and recording is non-functional.

NOTE: You can record if you manually open IE then use the "Attach to IE" feature. Also playback works just fine. It's only a problem when you click Record then select IE.

Telerik: problem is when IE browser tries to load our initial recording page and has not enough permissions to show the plugin. However this is not because of the user account permissions (same behavior happens with admin user as well), but is caused by the Internet Explorer Enchanced Security Configuration on Windows Servers - you have to turn it off as explained here and problem will be gone: http://docs.telerik.com/teststudio/getting-started/installation/configure-windows-server#remove-internet-explorer-enhanced-security-configuration-on-windows-server-2003
