Improve the building elements process.
Building / Refreshing the elements is very slow with large projects. We should improve this process.

Telerik: the issue is fixed now and solution with this fix will be available in our next internal product release, planned to be out early May 2015

what is the spec of the pretty fast machine for a frame of reference?

Hi Ewin,

The original report here comes with a project containing 850+ tests and 22k elements. It takes up to 3 minutes to extract the elements from all tests and build the tree on a pretty fast machine.

We have a work in progress related to detaching from the UI until the elements are built, which change improves the same process a couple of times (it now takes up to 40-50 seconds with the same project and machine). We won't be able to update the UI on each new element, which I think makes sense concerning the overall performance boost.

What is consider a large project?  My largest project is 500+ test with 8500+ elements.
