When resize the step properties pane to its maximum the buttons at the right side dissapear
See the attached video for demonstration.

The workaround is so resize it back to the right.

Telerik: we have implemented a new Docking UI for our next release 2015.1 which is planned to be out by the end of Q1 2015 where this behavior is not observed.
