Code behind may not get deleted when deleting a test
1) Start with a test project that is connected to TFS for source control
2) Add a new web test
3) Open the test
4) Add a coded step (no actual code needed)
5) Delete the test BEFORE saving everything to disk

Expected: All 3 files to be deleted and removed from source control
Actual: Everything is removed from source control but the .cs/.vb file is left behind

Telerik: the issue is now fixed and solution will be available in our next product release planned in Feb 2016
