Test Studio prompts twice with "The file has been modified outside of the source editor."
1) Open a test in Test Studio that has a coded step
2) Using an external editor, modify and save the .cs/.vb file

Expected: One prompt that the file has been edited outside of Test Studio
Actual: Test Studio prompts with the exact same prompt twice in a row

Telerik: the issue is fixed and solution will be available in our next product release planned to be out by the end of March 2015.
