In big TFS connected projects it takes a long time to connect to TFS initially on operations like load of Test Lists for example - there are periods of time 10-15 seconds when Test Studio UI is unresponsive and it is not clear to user what is going on

proposal: implement a progress indicator while operations with communication to tfs take place so user is aware something is in progress and waits until operations finish
