Document the problem and solution found in ticket 853554
Specifically, scheduling server would shut down 60 seconds after starting. The solution was to manually delete the files in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\config\systemprofile\AppData\Roaming\Telerik\TestStudio\Scheduler\ScheduleStorage.
