In a specific customers application, "Connect to modal popup" is being incorrectly recorded twice
From ticket 845234

At one point in the customers application there are two non-modal windows open. You click a link and a new modal window pops up. It appears both non-modal windows are catching the event and adding "Connect to modal popup" test steps causing duplicates.

Detailed repro steps will be added to the internal bug report.

Telerik: Currently we don't have access to the website to reproduce the issue. However we have implemented a new Recorder and new mechanism for handling popups, which is improved and expect this problem to be obsolete in it. Please give it a try with our latest product version 2015.1 and let us know if the issue is still there.
