1) Open a test project in Visual Studio
2) Open then close any test to activate the plug-in
3) Add a test-as-step to any parent test
4) Close that test
5) Rename the sub-test
6) Open the parent test and note the step description

Expected: "Execute test 'xxxxxx'"
Actual: "Execute test 'xxxxxx.tstest'"
