Wait for Exists step shouldn't contain UseStepWaitOnElementsTimeout property
Since Wait for Exists step is a wait step itself, it shouldn't contain use UseStepWaitOnElementsTimeout property.

Telerik: the wait for exists step is using the global timeout property and option UseStepWaitOnElementsTimeout is obsolete for it. We removed this option from step properties and inline editor and it will no longer be confusing. Fix will be available in our next internal product release planned in the beginning of July 2014.

I am not totally understanding the implications of this. Does this mean the wait for exist should use the global wait timeout set in the test list settings? If so, then I totally agree - it isn't practical to go and adjust thousands of steps when you notice that the wait might be too short or too long.
