Multiple DOM explorer annoyances - enhance the DOM explorer UI and experience

1) The target element is not immediately visible after selecting
2) Horizontal scrolling is not instant
3) Resizing the window is annoyingly slow
4) IE often crashes while resizing the window

Telerik: we have implemented fixes for issues 1 and 2 and now locating in DOM scrolls both vertically and horizontally and element is instantly visible. The fix will be available in our next internal product release planned in January 2015.

Cody, I cannot reproduce point 4. It is the worst bug here. The others are well known and I am setting this one as a FR - to rework the whole DOM explorer experience. If you can provide more info about the crash, like version of IE and other repro/environment steps, please do so and submit a separate Problem.
