1) Open a TFS connected test project in Test Studio (not Visual Studio)
2) Add a new test to the project - note a pending Add is listed in VS Source Control Explorer
3) Delete the new test from the project

Expected: Either the pending Add to be removed
Actual: The pending Add is still there. If you try to check in the change using VS, it complains it cannot find the file.
