Some Telerik dialogs always appear on the "main" monitor, no matter where the Telerik main window is
For example, the Test Studio Test Runner (script execution console window), the Select HTML Element dialog, and the Edit Element -> Find Element (element criteria definition) dialog.

The case with the Edit element and Select element dialogs is fixed. The fix will be part of the upcoming Test Studio internal and official builds.
