Needs a major rewrite. It needs to start from the very high level, including the block diagram that's doesn't show up until 1/2 through the article, talk about how scheduling works, the verious components, how the make up the whole, then go into the various ways it can be configured, such as "all in one"... instead of starting straight into "all in one" w/o explaining the various components involved.

In other words we need a sort of Planning for Scheduling Setup document.
