TeamPulse integration: when Acceptance Criteria title in TeamPulse has quotes "" this breaks the json we send to TS
When an Acceptance Criteria in TP has "" in its title, the json request to Test Studio is broken and can lead to loss of data, Stories that have Acceptance Criteria will not be displayed in Test Studio.

Telerik: this actually turns out to be JSON visualizer problem and nothing gets broken in product - it works as expected
