Using the project in the internal description try to change the primary target of the cancel button in the following two tests:

\Portfolios\Client Portfolios\Off\001 Permission Global Portfolios Deny
\Portfolios\Client Portfolios\Off\001 Permission Global Portfolios Allow


You can change the primary target of the element, the corresponding test gets dirty, however after you reload the project the change is not reflected. Please refer to the screenshot attached internally for more clarity.
