testlist and ie exception
In a testlist execution, there are frequent times where a test in the testlist fails because of this exception: 

'3/20/2014 11:10:38 AM' - System.ApplicationException: Exception thrown attempting to launch Internet Explorer. Please make sure Internet Explorer is properly installed and you are able to launch it. ---> System.TimeoutException: Wait for condition has timed out

Is there something that can stop this from happening?  I have Win 8.1 and IE 11.
