These problems can be reproduced on a specific customer's project. 

1. Open MEX 14 Release Test project
2. Open up one of the test cases
3. Click on the one of the tree parent node
4. Type in:
    BaseUrl: http://localhost
    CompareMode: RelativePathAndQuery
    FriendlyName: MEX
    Path: /mexdata/App/MEX/
    Title: MEX
5. Click Refresh button
6. Click Save All
7. BUG: Some elements will be under a new tree node. Some will be merged into MEX tree. Some nodes will be reverted back to its original settings
8. BUG: RMC on PARTInputTextBoxMaskedinputtextbox1 -> Click Edit Element or Edit in Live -> Errors out
