A customer application Click step fails (test project attached internally)

Expected result:
Test runs successfully.

Actual result:
Test Fails. Note during execution that the click on 'Close' actually occurs, the step fails afterward since element is no longer on the page with one of two errors:

TimeoutException
System.IndexOutOfRangeException: Current frame index '1' is out of range of current frames count '1'
