Confirm dialog box is not being handled

We are currently working on creating test scripts for the customer application. The application has a Confirm dialog box being displayed to the user when the user selects a particular value in a drop down.
The script gets struck at this particular point and does not handle the dialog box (even after using a dialog control from Telerik).

It would be great if we could get a pointer on how to handle this.

Without scenario to replicate the problem we could not isolate and help further therefore I'm closing the issue. I hope you have contacted the support team and got help, else please do so.
