When I click the icon to open the list of options that I have for targets, it takes an increasing amount of time for the list to load.  The first time I change it, the targets load almost instantly, and the second time is quite fast as well.  The third time takes two or three seconds, and the fourth takes around 7 or 8 seconds.  The fifth starts to take around 20-25 seconds, and after that I need to restart Telerik because the loading takes upwards of a few minutes.  When I restart Telerik, the wait time resets, so I find myself having to restart the program about every four changes I make, which slows down my work quite a lot.
