We have found a solution for the problem. Please contact our support for a custom build containing the fix.

Thank you for your response. Just a question, cant the custom build be done on the existing 2012.2 live version?

We investigated the problem and found a possible solution. Unfortunately the change is too risky in addition to being too late in the pre-release (2013.R1) period so we should postpone adding the change.
Please contact the support team for a custom build as soon as the 2013.R1 release goes live (expected the second half of July).
