Many Page elements are missing from a test project after the project is upgraded from 2010.2.1421 to our latest release.

To reproduce:
The project is attached to the internal bug description.

The reason for this behavior is a bug fix made in 2011.928v of TS. This is undesired side effect of the fix that can manifest after upgrading older project (prior 2011.712).
Unfortuantely there is no workaround and the only way to fix the problem is to manually tweak the project where it's needed.
