If the main Test Studio window is reduced to a certain size, the area displaying the step properties stops shrinking at some point and the scroll bar is no longer accessible. I run into this problem when "docking" the Test Studio app to one side of my screen (so it gets half of the screen). See attached image. 

I don't recall having this problem in the past. I'm currently running version 2012.2.1425.0.
