A co-worker is editing tests and has added elements to his script that I don't have in my element list, thus causing compile errors. The workaround is to close the project then re-open in order to have the Pages.g.cs rebuilt.

The solution is to refresh Pages.* after a get latest, but this should work with both the built-in TFS integraton as well as supporting external source control tools. For example, if someone pulls from Git, we should have some way to detect changes in the solution and rebuild Pages.* That, or at least have a button/menu/shortcut to force a rebuild of Pages.*
