When I use the Sugiyama layout in RadDiagram it puts the node I add first at the bottom and the node I add last at the top for simple graphs without cycles and Orientation.Horizontal.

Also the edges of some nodes have a bias to connect to the left side, even when there is no room to connect there in Orientation.Horizontal.

The Orientation.Vertical works better for simple diagrams without cycles, but also becomes out of order when I use a cycle..

This is for both WPF and SIlverlight, I attached a demo to hopefully make this clearer.

Also Orientation.Vertical and Orientation.Horizontal seem swapped around: I asumed vertical meant top to bottom.

 The ItemTemplateSelector property doesn't work for the items in the overflow button's drop down

As a workaround instead of ItemTemplateSelector you can use the ItemContainerStyleSelector property of the breadcrumb.

UIElement (TextBlock, Rectangle) is set as a child of RadPanelBarItem in XAML. When changing themes in runtime either with StyleManager or with the Implict Styles mechanism an exception is thrown.
The exception states "Element is already a child of another element."

Workaround:

Instead of the following xaml:

 <telerik:RadPanelBar telerik:StyleManager.Theme="Windows8" x:Name="pBar">
                <telerik:RadPanelBarItem Header="Item 1">

                            <TextBlock Text="Item 2"></TextBlock>

                </telerik:RadPanelBarItem>
            </telerik:RadPanelBar>

Use:
 <telerik:RadPanelBar telerik:StyleManager.Theme="Windows8" x:Name="pBar">
                <telerik:RadPanelBarItem Header="Item 1">
                    <telerik:RadPanelBarItem>
                        <telerik:RadPanelBarItem.Header>
                            <TextBlock Text="Item 2"></TextBlock>
                        </telerik:RadPanelBarItem.Header>
                    </telerik:RadPanelBarItem>
                </telerik:RadPanelBarItem>
            </telerik:RadPanelBar>

The scroll buttons are not correctly displayed when the TabStripPlacement is set to Right and there is no default selection (the IsDefaultItemSelected is set to False).

As a workaround set the RadTabControl's IsDefaultItemSelected property to True or select a RadTabItem manually through its IsSelected property.

If you visualize the horizontal grid lines and use CartesianCustomLineAnnotation to differentiate the 0 horizontal line, the annotation is rendered above the 0 grid line. The annotation should be snapped to the 0 thick of the vertical axis.

As a workaround CartesianGridLineAnnotation could be used.

When the RadOutlookBar is minimized (IsMinimized=true) and you click on the OutlookbarItem and start resizing the popup it will start flickering. The issue is observed on machines with 2GB RAM or less.

The ItemContainerStyle property of the rating control works only if the ItemsSource of the RadRating is set. Otherwise the style is not applied.

When the RadRating is defined in a separate UserControl with a custom property (for example MaxRating) and its NumberOfItemsToGenerate property is bound to the custom property, the number of the generated items is not correct. The value of the custom property (MaxRating) is ignored.

As a workaround you can bind the ItemsSource property of the rating control to the MaxRating property. Then with a converter create a new empty collection with length set to the value of the MaxRating property.
<telerik:RadRating ItemsSource="{Binding MaxRating, RelativeSource={RelativeSource AncestorType=UserControl}, Converter={StaticResource ratingToItemsSourceConverter}}" />
......

public object Convert(object value, Type targetType, object parameter, System.Globalization.CultureInfo culture)
{
    return new object[(int)value];
}

This happens when the resizer is moved to max right (for example) and then the orientation is changed.
