Is there a plan in the future to support multiple themes when using Kendo components. I can currently implement multiple themes on custom components but this is not possible on Kendo components because they import variables directly from SCSS variables in the stylesheet. Due to the file bundling that takes place in React it is impossible to import two SCSS files with the same variable names. The second import will always override the first file. This could be avoided by using a css in javascript solution(e.g. styled-components). This would allow the user to pass in multiple theme objects by using react props. Is there any plan to migrate to a more modern solution for handling styles with Kendo components.

The typographical kerning defined by the font is not respected when exporting components to pdf.

The text has the same aspect as if the following css property had been defined:

element {
  font-kerning: none
}

It will be nice to support font-kerning on pdf export.

Would it be possible to add a react wrapper of the angular / jQuery Sortable library?

The ability to insert images in the Editor from the file system.

This can be done from the file browser or using drag and drop.

It is important for my users to be able to invoke the GridColumnMenuFilter  directly from the grid header. ie. The jQuery version has the filter icon beside the header text  (Rather than having to click a menu and then click "Filter" - which is necessary if all I want is a filter.

I know this is possible with some CSS.  But it is important that there is a visual indicator that the filter is on (which the jQuery version supports but doesn't seem currently possible with the React version)

Thanks

Add hideAfter prop to the Notification component.

This will allow controlling when the notification will be hidden.

Currently the Date Picker and Time Picker along with the new Date Time Picker have a placeholder text on them like month/day/year which pushes the material UI label on top of the input. The rest of my inputs have the label inside the input until a value is inserted. Is there anyway to remove that placeholder from these pickers? I feel it takes away from the design of my website to have some inconsistency with the inputs when you open a form with no data in it. For now we implemented a placeholder of --/--/---- but would prefer it to be like the Order Number above.

A Wizard Control, allowing any number or steps vertical or horizontal plus ability to modify the look and feel of the steps.  Also the ability to add other controls within each step.  For example a wizard control with the ability to have 3 steps, in which one would have a grid, or scheduler or other components.

Add SVG support for the Tooltip component.

The SVG element does not have a title attribute but instead is using an <title> element.

When the available space for the Menu go under specific width the Menu should be hidden and a hamburger style button should be shown to access the Menu. This feature has to be added to our Menu component to make it responsive.

Set TabStrip items on multiple rows, instead of scrolling.

If there are many items, they should be shown on multiple row.

Allow setting a number of records to be pre-rendered in the Grid with virtual scrolling. This will allow rendering some records at the bottom and on the top of the visible records to improve the performance.

Add on Add and onRemove events for the MultiSelect.

Also, the onChange event may receive additional parameters instead:

1) Action - Add or Remove

2) DataItem - It will contain the selected or the  deselected item
