1. Open https://demos.telerik.com/kendo-ui/spreadsheet/index
2. Put some text in B2 so that it does not fit in the cell width.
3. Press Wrap Text button
4. Press Wrap Text again
5. The row height is not adjusted back to the original height (Excel does it)
1. Enter some text in a cell.
2. Increase the cell font size to 48.
3. Reduce the cell font size to 8.
4. Double click the row resize handler: the row height is not adjusted to correspond to font size 8.
The same behavior can be observed when opening an existing .xlsx file that has some text and font size set and following steps 3-4.
Clicking an item in the parent list reveals the child list that replaces the parent list.
At the top of the child list, there is a < back item that allows returning to the parent list.

column.values like feature in kendoGrid would be ideal in kendoTreeList.
In some cases, especially when grouping is involved, the day/week/workWeek views may end up with too many events in a single slot. If the total width of those events could not fit within the slot size, those events will overflow and cover some of their sibling events. To avoid such a result, events rendering in a scrollable container should be considered. This way each event will have a minimum width even if it has too many siblings in the same slot.
Here is a Dojo sample demonstrating the case: https://dojo.telerik.com/UnUnUTAW/6
I have a gantt chart with tasks, resources, and assignments. I want to enforce a many-to-one relationship between tasks and resources, that is, I want to be able to assign a single resource to any number of tasks, but each task can only have 1 resource at a time. A (conceptually) simple sample implementation would be to change the checkboxes to a radiobutton in the 'assign' dialog window, from the 'edit' dialog.
I understand there is currently no way to enforce this type of relationship or the restrict the user from selecting more than 1 assignment in the assignment dialog window, so I am requesting a way to do either (or both) of these things. I would imagine a setting in the gantt or taskDataSource for enforcing the relationship, or a setting in the assignment field for switching the dialog box to radio button like behaviour.
A user deletes an occurence because a few people are ill. Five minutes later the superior enters the office and says the meeting happens anyway. Or the user deletes a wrong occurence.
Resetting the recurrence might not be an option for long running meetings. Like weekly Scrum, project jour fix, ... where the other exceptions should persist. Currently the user has to create a new, separate event.
The exceptions could be rendered as multiselect or list in a separate window which opens after a button click. That way the recurrence editor would not look messy with lots of exceptions.
Please provide support of row grouping as it is going to be a very useful feature and excel is rich data file so we always need to group various sections. An example of the feature is available in the attached file and the link below.
Have listview with binded datasource to remote data 64 items.
Need show only 10 of them, and on custom button show 16, after again click 24. like load more button in mobile listview version. But custom button. Dont want server paging. Need all 64 items stored in one shot.
thanks for help.
The FromJson method of Telerik.Web.Spreadsheet.Workbook doesn't add images when a JSON containing an image blob is passed to it.
It would be nice if the FromJson method supports images.
The data item is available to the event arguments of the function handler for shapeDefaults.content.visual function but it is not available to connectionDefaults.content.visual Function. Here is an example illustrating the issue: https://dojo.telerik.com/EMAzeruG
Can it be added?
The Kendo UI ToolTip exposes the AutoHide functionality. However, this option could not be configured for the labels' tooltip of the Kendo UI Chart
Be able to configure the AutoHide of the chart's tooltips. When the user hovers out, the tooltip should be persisted until a mouse click is present.

if you look at this dojo (http://dojo.telerik.com/oSOloLuR) the attributes work for kendoGrid. If you change to a kendoTreeList, the conditional attributes do not work. Is there a different way to change the attribute? I tried in the template, but can't set the background-color style in the temple.
Code from dojo with kendoGrid changed to kendoTreeList:
