1. Please add zooming functionality to pdf viewer, so user can zoom in or zoom out
2. please allow us to hide toolbar buttons
In the Wizard to create or update an MVC project, and possibly other wizards, please add support for choosing which cultures that you want to include.
This could be done by adding checkboxes in a tree where you could at first level choose language and then expand and choose country/region, since the files follow the format:
<language code>-<country/region code>.
Most people probably only use English and/or their native language, so please make this a choice in the wizard.
As an example. In one of the latest versions of the framework, the folders for cultures and messages contain 1786 files in total. Out of those we only need 2, the ones for our native language.
Slowly installing and then manually deleting 1784 files in Visual Studio for every time you run the MVC wizards, is a complete waste of time for such a common scenario where you know whihc languages that the app should support.
Look at the emerging WASM projects such as Blazor or Ooui. The obvious path seems to be to have a strong HTML based suite, i.e Kendo, ported to Blazor. However another option would be to improve the Xamarin forms components to have comparable functionality to their desktop counterpartys so they can be used in LOB applications under Ooui. The current Xamarin components are too mobile centric. A third option, which admittedly seems like a bit of a long shot at present, would be to take Moonlight, strip out the plugin stuff, strip out all but the layout code, and redo that to write to an HTML Canvas. Now that's probably outside your scope although in my opinion its the most attractive of the 3 options. In summary I suggest you look at providing a full featured UI component suite that runs under wasm.
Kendo not support in Chrome latest version. it get flickering Google Chrome is up to date Version 61.0.3163.100 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Create a sample Export to PDF for multiple grids. You have sample code for multiple Grids to Excel, but not PDF. You have a nice sample of exporting two kendo charts and a grid, but I need to export a DIV with some panels/etc, then also about 4 grids. Similar to your example, but not sure about the jquery/Draw/Progress/Deferred code. Thanks
Reopen from http://kendoui-feedback.telerik.com/forums/127393-kendo-ui-feedback/suggestions/10600184-grid-in-combobox Details about this widget were described in user comments.
A TreeView in ComboBox would be most helpful as both a stand-alone control and when editing within the Grid. something like this: http://www.brad-smith.info/blog/archives/193 (example from .NET Windows forms world) * Used for relative small tree data structure. * User may select one (many) item(s), without _loosing context_ (no interrupting dialog box, 'flat' interface). * User may accept selection by click on item, or pressing 'enter'. * User may cancel (hide) popup when click outside control/popup (ie in another control, that received focus) or pressing escape - like in combobox/dropdown. * It will be nice if user can select items using keyboard arrows. * After opening popup or selecting item, widget still has focus * When user types in combo (with open popup), data should be filtered. * No additional 'ok' or 'cancel' buttons to accept/dismiss selection.
We've adopted React+Redux and currently building our own component library. Is there an official statement regarding React.js integration and roadmap?
Can we have a way to implement the org chart functionality (present in Rad Controls for ASP.NET) in MVC using Kendo
In order to visualize process workflow items and their sequence, a new Kendo UI control would be a big step forward. I was getting inspired by SAPUI5 control "process flow". Here the link: https://sapui5.netweaver.ondemand.com/explored.html#/sample/sap.suite.ui.commons.sample.ProcessFlowConnectionLabels/preview This UI is able to be used in different situations: 1. Visual display of workflow steps 2. Display of relations between business work items: connections and their frequency of usages between business workflow items . The UI should be able to define workflow items and their connection. It should also be possible to define templates for connection types and process item types.
I am using Kendo diagram for Workflow wizard. right now i am using my custom icons for Workflow shapes. I also want to use icon/image for connection lines between 2 shapes. Please provide this feature.
Cool Kendo UI Q1 2016 webinar today... could not ask any questions using IE11 so lost on prize chances. Very entertaining Thank you. Are there any good working examples of using the new Grid or Spreadsheet features utilizing an API such as government information as discussed?
Hi You have very nice charts colorful and detail but thing page like upperside we have combobox or radiobutton and i have bar chart so when i click selections i want to convert bar chart to area chart or scatter chart to do this dynamically way... It will be best
Since 'bind' and 'unbind' have been deprecated and replaced by 'on' and 'off' in jQuery, kendo controls should support the use of 'on' and 'off' for event binding.
put the version number on your release notes.... "Come on man"
The currentTimeMarker property currently displays a time marker only on the Time Column of the scheduler. The typical behavior of most calendars is that the marker spreads across the width of the entire calendar across all columns. It'll be nice if Kendo Scheduler could also support that.
