Hi,

We are using the Kendo Multi Select widget, and it was just reported that you can't remove a tag from the list when clicking on the Close (X) icon when using Safari on iPadOS 13.1.3. I was also able to reproduce this on the multiselect demo here - https://demos.telerik.com/kendo-ui/multiselect/index. We are currently on version 2019.2.619, however I also tried it on the latest with the demo and it also didn't seem to work.

Is this a known defect?

Thanks,

Emily

Currently, you cannot disable all columns in the column menu - it requires that at least one column is enabled.

However, if the grid contains any non-hidden columns which have IncludeInMenu=false, then it should be possible to disable all the remaining columns using the column menu.

Per version "@types/kendo-ui": "2019.3.0" , typings chart label margins and padding (ChartLegendMargin, ChartLegendPadding, ChartLegendLabelsMargin, ChartCategoryAxisItemTitleMargin,... ) don't accept number values, only a dictionary with top, bottom, left and right.

Numbers are correct values for these properties, as shown on  https://docs.telerik.com/kendo-ui/api/javascript/dataviz/ui/chart/configuration/series.labels.padding

I am using kendo spreadsheet binding to a datasource... very similar to the demo: https://demos.telerik.com/kendo-ui/spreadsheet/datasource

Is there a way to add a two row header while binding to a data source?  For example, my first row would be a merged cell spanning all columns and would contain some text.  I can see how to do two row headers and to merge cells.. but it doesn't work when the spreadsheet is bound to a datasource as it starts the data in row 2.... where I want row 2 to be my actual field name headers.  I don't see any options to fix that.

If there is no way to do that... is there a way to alter my header style?  For example, I want a column header to be

MY FIELD NAME HERE
additional text (smaller font and color)

I know in kendo grid there is headerTemplate... but this doesn't seem to be available in kendo spreadsheet.

Thank you.

I have a scrollable div within kendo Window.

The said div contains selectable thumbnail, it will show a bigger version if clicked (functionality not included in the attached file)

The problem when there will be hundreds to thousands of images the scrolling in IE11 becomes almost unresponsive.

Attached sample have around a 1000.

Tested it with bootstrap modal, did not have any issue with scrolling in IE11.

Issue does not happen in other browsers, is this an issue with repaint and scroll in IE?

Hi,

since the update to R3 2019 we have a issue with the multiselect component.

Whenever I set it to readonly:

$("#multiselect").data("kendoMultiSelect").readonly(true)

It is not possible to make it writable again with

$("#multiselect").data("kendoMultiSelect").readonly(false)

It stays readonly. What can I do?

Working dojo example to reproduce: https://dojo.telerik.com/aMEKuzex/2

If you set the contents of the combobox using the text() method, pressing the "X" inside the ComboBox will not fire a change event.

If you set the contents of the box using the value() method, or through the UI itself, clearing it afterwards does fire the change event, which is the expected behaviour.
