Could you please add feature for Kendo Editor in angular -
When the chart is configured to use the selection zoom. One must press the Shift-Key and select an area inside the chart to zoom.
I the chart shows tooltips, in most cases the tooltip pops up under the cursor and it is not possible to select an area.
The tooltip shoud be disabled, when the shift-key (or the configured key) is pressed inside the chart area.
Currently the pager is always at the bottom of the grid. I would love to see an option to place the pager at the top and/or bottom. Without adding custom code every time I need this.
In our company more than 5 projects we are using Kendo Splitter. We really need to have Animation in Splitter collapse/expand event
We face some issue with the with keyboard inputs. The current behavior is that the kendo tries to help us the dates right. For example if you have entered the 28th of February and you start to type another new date which should be the 31.12.2019 for example, after typing the first "3" the is immediately jumping to the month after hitting the first number because there is no date in February which has two digits on a day and starts with a "3". So it tries to get the dates right but the user maybe wants to replace the whole date and just want to continue writing the date.
We need a functionality that the not validate the date the way he does it right now, overtake the validation, like turn it off or anything like that?
We are using the Kendo UI sortable component to allow drag & drop of tabs. Currently there is no way to control the position of the dragged element in relation to the cursor (It's always on the top left corner)
It would be nice if you could add an option to configure this, so that the cursor could be in the middle/bottom of the dragged element.
See the attached image.
Thanks in advance,
We would really appreciate RTL support for our Hebrew customers for KendoDateinputs.
The current behavior is VERY confusing for users and causes them to input the wrong data for both date and time components, causing them to lose critical information.
After looking through the Editor API for Angular 7+, I noticed that there is no input to add a placeholder for the editor. This is something we had in the past (in other editors) and feel its important to still have. I understand the Editor is in Beta, but is there any plans to add an input to the EditorComponent to have a placeholder like so?
<kendo-editor ... [placeholder]="my placeholder"></kendo-editor>
Or is there already a way to do this?
There are situations where we need to get a list of all windows, e.g. "close all" or "rearrange". While this can easily done manually when working with a single type of window, it's difficult if we have multiple windows using multiple components (we would have to ensure that we register them all in some kind of registry).
Feature request: Add something like a WindowManager that allows us to access all windows. Perhaps their WindowRefs? Perhaps an addition to WindowContainerService?
Currently the kengoMultiSelectSummaryTag only supports a number as its input, which enables switching to summary mode if the number of selected items is greater than the specified value.
It would be nice to add an option for dynamic mode which will be based on the available space for the control and will automatically switch to summary mode if there is not enough space for displaying all the items.
See the screenshots to illustrate how it might look like.
We use the Conversational UI but need to customize the input area. The changes that we need are not merely cosmetic: for example, we want to replace the existing input with a textarea so that our users can have meaningful conversations and not limit themselves to one-liners.
We saw that you already support templates for messages and attachments: can we have input template support as well?
I would like have "Format Painter" or "Copy Format" in the Editor.
Currently there is no "Format Painter" or similar option available for Editor.
I hope Editor enhancement feature you will add into your plan near future.
