Please add grouping to combobox and dropdown for feature parity with kendo for jquery. I would like to migrate from kendo jquery to kendo angular but the lack of group by is a major problem
When using virtual scrolling and the data changes, then it might be desireable to programmatically scroll to top or to scroll to a row containing the data of interest.
Disable certain days of the week in the Angular 2+ Datepicker. E.g I want to say disable every Weekend day. Currently only support is max or min date
The dropdowns should provide an easy way to have certain items in the list as inactive. The easiest way could be an attribute. In addition to [textField] and [valueField] an [inactiveField] could be added. If the assigned data field is a boolean the item in the list can be either enabled or disabled. Reason for this request is, that those value lists often are dynamic, meaning that an item in the list could be superseded by a new one. But the existing records in the database still could reference the older item, but new records should be prevented from selecting the new item.
hello i`m always using kendo grid in my project but i can`t import excel to kendo grid please make it possible to import excel file and select specific sheet to kendo grid
The new calendar and date picker input components are great, but they are missing a significant functionality which has been available for a long time with the jquery calendar date picker - The navigation is very basic and does not allow high level of years navigation - it requires monthly scrolling. This is very limiting for users who need to select a date between wide ranges.
There appear to be no decent solutions for PDF viewing in Angular in handling viewing of downloaded PDF files that works intelligently and consistently across all desktop and mobile browsers, and supports navigation, saving, and printing. 1. The Angular Kendo Report Viewer is limited to Telerik reports generated using the Telerik Report web infrastructure and doesn't handle PDFs from other sources. 2. There is an open source Angular viewer, that provides reasonable viewing and navigation, but doesn't support save to file. or print. https://github.com/VadimDez/ng2-pdf-viewer 3. Syncfusion have a very nice Angular PDF viewer, but requires buying there whole Angular suite. https://help.syncfusion.com/angular/pdfviewer/getting-started A Kendo Angular PDF Viewer Component
Allow the placeholder text for the date picker to be customized. For example, some may prefer "MM/DD/YYY" to be displayed instead of "month/day/year"
Currently the dialog cannot be opened without placing the dialog in the component template. For some scenarios like confirm dialogs, providing a service that creates the dialog is more convenient. https://github.com/telerik/kendo-angular2/issues/112
Angular 4x. version version of Grid must support all grid features we had in JQuery based version with Bootstrap CSS support. http://demos.telerik.com/kendo-ui/grid/index
Currently KendoUI supports responsiveness (http://demos.telerik.com/kendo-ui/responsive/) Ideally all Angular 2 controls should behave in same way, this would allow creating pages that work nicely on desktop, tablets and mobile.
