It's not completely clear what problem you're trying to report, but I suspect the issue here is that you're trying to look at compressed content, which Fiddler does not yet support easily, making this a duplicate of https://feedback.telerik.com/fiddler/1361360-support-sec-websocket-extensions-permessage-deflate. See the comments on that issue for a workaround.
