MD5SUM for downloads
I would like to know the MD5SUM or SHA256SUM for the download of Fiddler.

Which download are you asking about? Fiddler for Windows is signed with Authenticode, which uses SHA1 or SHA256 and embeds the signing certificate in the executable itself. Signature and hashes are automatically checked by Windows.
