Provide option on COMPOSE tab to handle URL "AS IS"

So, currently, if I put a URL with a hash tag in it in the composer to test sending a URL, it currently prompts me for a start at and end at.  While this is useful in some cases, it's a complete pain when I have a URL that I want to test "AS IS" without any of the numeric substitution.

The # character and any text following it in the URL is not sent to the web server.

If you want to avoid the prompt, simply delete the character and everything following it.
