F6 should be tri-state and squash inspector as well as session view

I've always wanted: make the F6 key tri-state so instead of just toggling a "squashed" session list it's:
1) squashed session list
2) squashed inspector
3) balanced (restore)

An alternative approach here would be to simplify the capture of the F6 key from script and just let FiddlerScript handle it (a la https://gist.github.com/ericlaw1979/b154f430a1772419156a )
