In the Editor, the add link dialog should use https rather than http
By default, when a user clicks add link in the Editor, the url defaults to http. It should default to https as most sites use that.

Hello Scott,

Thank you for your request.

I discussed this  change with our Dev Team and we have determined that instead of changing the current behavior in general it would be more viable to create a custom field or a message field to allow the default of the Editor's link URL to be customized. 

We will update the status of this thread to ensure everyone interested can stay informed.
