Below is my steps to find this issue:

1. Open the browser with IE 10 mode or genuine IE10.
2. Create a table with Editor.
3. Right click the table and then select table properties. Then click Table Layouts tab and select a style.
4. Click OK, the style can be kept this moment in Design tab.
5. Click HTML tab and find the CSS details are missing and click Design tab again, the style cannot be kept.
6. There is no reproduces with chrome or IE 11.
7. I also test this case from your ow site https://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/editor/examples/overview/defaultcs.aspx

Hi,

Make configuration wizards work even on high resolution screens with scaling. See attached screen shot.

There are two ways to avoid this:

- Define a tab order on the entire page so all necessary controls will have their TabIndex attribute set

- Remove the attribute from the menu with JS. Here follow a couple of examples. Using RenderMode="Lightweight" also may improve the situation if you do not use the NavigateUrl of the items, so <a> elements are not rendered.

     - Solution 1: Executes when the entire page has loaded
               function removeMenuTabIndex() {
                   $telerik.$(".RadMenu[tabindex=0]").removeAttr("tabindex");
                   Sys.Application.remove_load(removeMenuTabIndex);
               }
               Sys.Application.add_load(removeMenuTabIndex);

     - Solution 2: Add just after the menu so it executes while the DOM is loading, perhaps this can facilitate screen reader compatibility

        <telerik:RadMenu runat="server" ID="rm1" RenderMode="Lightweight">
                <Items>
                    <telerik:RadMenuItem Text="first"></telerik:RadMenuItem>
                    <telerik:RadMenuItem Text="second"></telerik:RadMenuItem>
                </Items>
        </telerik:RadMenu>
        <script>
            document.getElementById("<%=rm1.ClientID%>").removeAttribute("tabIndex");
        </script>

Javascript errors are thrown when pie chart with custom skin is loaded. The issue is introduced as of version 2017.1.118.

Workaround:
Using the Page_Load event handler, verify which control has initiated the postback as well check whether the Event argument is PageSize.

    protected void Page_Load(object sender, EventArgs e)
    {
        if (IsPostBack && Request.Params["__EVENTTARGET"].StartsWith(RadGrid1.UniqueID))
        {
            // check whether the command was PageSizeChange
            if (Request.Params["__EVENTARGUMENT"].Contains("PageSize;"))
            {
                string[] details = Request.Params["__EVENTARGUMENT"].Split(';');
                GridTableView tableView = FindControl(details[0].Replace("FireCommand:", "")) as GridTableView;
                int newPageSize = int.Parse(details[2]);
                Label1.Text += "TableView Name: " + tableView.Name + ", NewPageSize: " + newPageSize+"<br />";
            }
        }

Possible Workaround:

Telerik.Web.UI.Grid.PositionDragElement = function(element, mouseEvent)
{
    var clientX = $telerik.isTouchDevice ? $telerik.getTouchEventLocation(mouseEvent).x : mouseEvent.clientX;
    var clientY = $telerik.isTouchDevice ? $telerik.getTouchEventLocation(mouseEvent).y : mouseEvent.clientY;

    element.style.left = clientX + $telerik.getDocumentElementScrollLeft() + 10 + "px";

	if ($telerik.isOpera || $telerik.isTouchDevice)

Missing background color of the Grid's headers in IE9 due to the unsupported by the browser linear-gradient. The issue can be reproduced with Skin="Web20".

Workaround:

        div.RadGrid_Web20 .rgHeader, .RadGrid_Web20 th.rgResizeCol, .RadGrid_Web20 .rgHeaderWrapper {

When the Track Changes is enabled and a <p> element contains nothing but whitespace (newline, space or tab characters), any time one character is deleted, the entire element is deleted

Another issue relating to this, is that when the line is deleted, if there is another whitespace <p> element above the element, the cursor is placed not on that line, but on whatever line is next without any whitespace.

This behavior can be reproduced in the track-changes demo (Found at https://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/editor/examples/trackchanges/defaultcs.aspx ) ,by following these steps:

1. Create a <p> element containing some text
2. Below this element, create 3 more containing nothing but whitespace
3. On the last line enter a space and then press the backspace key

The cursor will be moved to the <p> element containing text and the entire element will be deleted (not just the space which was entered)

When adding formatting to texts while selecting whole elements, some elements are not included in `isBlockElement` function such as <col> or <colgroup> in a way those elements get wrapped in formatting tags such as <strong>

How to Reproduce:

   Create a table in editor

```html
  <span>Outside text</span>
  <table>
     <colgroup>
          <col></col>
     </colgroup>
    <tbody>
       <tr>
            <td>Inside text</td>
        </tr>
    </tbody>
  </table>
```

Select the inside text and outsite text in editor and click for applyng BOLD for instance.

colgroup tag gets wrapped in <strong> tags.

Some of html5 tags are missing from the isblockelement check as well such as 'article', 'aside', 'audio', 'canvas', 'details', 'figcaption', 'figure', 'footer', 'header', 'hgroup', 'nav', 'output', 'section', 'video'

Enable filtering, Enable HeaderContextMenu and HeaderContextMenuFilter.

First, filter using the HeaderContextMenu filter (e.g. OrderDate GreaterThanOrEqualTo "someDate" AND OrderDate LessThanOrEqualTo "someOtherDate"

Second, apply a filter on another column using the Header filter only (e.g. Freight GreaterThanOrEqualTo "4")

At this point, the filtering applied by the HeaderContexFilterMenu is now partially removed.

Issue only appears when Header filter and HeaderContextMenu filter are used in combination. They work as expected when used separately.

OnValueChanged event of RadInputManager does not have effects on TextBoxSettings. It considers every character valid, therefore, it does not fire the OnValueChanged event the second time, and therefore, RadInputManager does not provides back the old and new values.

This applies to data bound containers like grid template columns.
For standalone control instances, see how to use the DataSelectedField here: https://docs.telerik.com/devtools/aspnet-ajax/controls/radiobuttonlist/data-binding/server-side-data-binding

When the items in the RadRadioButtonList are declared in the markup, the SelectedValue='<%#Bind("fieldName") %>' approach works as expected, but when the items are fetched from a data source, no item is pre-selected.

This works with the standard asp:RadioButtonList and so it must work with RadRadioButtonList.

Issue explanations and workarounds are available in the attached sample pages and videos below.

In short, the workarounds are:
- use declarative items when possible
- OR, use an <asp:RadioButtonList> and a <telerik:RadFormDecorator> to get uniform appearance of the radio buttons across browsers

In Chrome and IE the clicking of the SELECT button for the uploads is kinda difficult when using MATERIAL skin. See the following video: https://www.screencast.com/t/VBe1zSss7c

How-to fix the bug:
1. Create a CSS file named dialog.css
2. Put the following class in the dialog.css file:

.RadUpload  .ruFileInput {
    height: 50px !important;
}

3. Set the DialogsCssFile property to point to the dialog.css file:

        <telerik:RadEditor ID="RadEditor1" Skin="Material" RenderMode="Lightweight" DialogsCssFile="~/dialog.css" runat="server">
            <ImageManager ViewPaths="~/Images" UploadPaths="~/Images" />
        </telerik:RadEditor>

4. Save the page.
5. Clear the browser cache and load the page in it. If needed reload the dialog contents 3-4 times to clear the cache -> right click and choose Reload frame from the Chrome context menu.
