Hi Team, Is there any way to set the MaxTemplateSize,MaxFlashSize,MaxMediaSize,MaxDocumentSize,MaxTemplateSizes from the web.config itself without any code change. currently my system taking the default value "200KB". please let me know is there any way, in asp.net Ajax RadEditor in Asp.net C#. We are using telerik dll version 2017.1.228.45.
these pages shows the accessibility standards for tables.
For these two sub links "Tables with two headers" & "Tables with irregular headers", they are looking for "scope=col", "scope=row", "scope=colgroup", "scope=rowgroup".
There doesn't seem to be any built in support for "scope" to be added when using the table wizard, having set on the Accessibility tab a Heading for both a Row & Column.
Add support for "scope" be added to tables created in the Rich Text Editor.
I am currently using the Radeditor "Insert Table" function. I would like this to allow user to auto adjust columns and rows live just like the following demo. https://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-mvc/editor. I have disable the table wizard and table properties, so user will not be able to mess with this extra stuff. In the Capture.PNG is what I currently have. I would like to have the Want.PNG picture.
When using the Microsoft Edge browser with the Editor, you cannot add field values for some form elements. This seems to affect Radio buttons and checkboxes. It is possible that it affects other form elements as well. I also see this same problem when using your demo page https://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/editor/examples/overview/defaultcs.aspx. Edge does not offer the hasLayout capability of Internet Explorer, which selects the form element on click. In Edge you can select a form element as you could do it with a text: https://www.screencast.com/t/mo25Rm1kTSdB. The click selection is not currently supported.
When text in the Editor has Track Changes then :
When resizing images in RadEditor design mode using the corner-handles the image should retain its aspect ratio. This works very good in Firefox (v. 41.0.2) out-of-the-box because the browser implements that functionality but not in IE (v. 11.0) or Chrome (46.0) in Windows 8.1 (v 6.3, build 9600).
While the RadEditor is able to now be used on Mobile devices more easily, the crux of the WYSIWYG for us is that when creating either HTML for web or emails, the HTML that is generated from the RadEditor doesn't always generate the code that follows or renders correctly on mobile devices. Ideally, the respective HTML that is generated is correctly output in Mobile Responsive format for all mobile devices.
If misspelled word is coming after scroll bar it is not focusing in IE11, Edge and Chrome. Can be reproduced in the default demo - https://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/editor/examples/overview/defaultcs.aspx Paste the following content <p>a</p> <p>a</p> <p>a</p> <p>a</p> <p>a</p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p>risksss</p> and click on the spell check button. The popup with the suggestions will be positioned outside of the content area. As a workaround you can switch to DIV content area mode - https://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/editor/examples/contentareamodediv/defaultcs.aspx
Color items should persist the Title property/attribute so that when hovered, the text to be shown in the tool.
I know that there are articles that describe how to detect that the user has interacted with the RadEditor, but checking whether the content has changed is quite another task. I understand that the underlying storage method makes it almost impossible to compare, but that's why we need the control to do this internally. Even if we fall short of comparing the content, at least build-in the workarounds into the control to invoke a single "Changing" event.
Hi, Several of my clients has requested along the years for a way to insert Descriptions just beneth/under a image in the Editor, i have had to move to CKEditor in some cases and thought i would just give it a try and post this as a feature request. A demo of this can be seen here, http://ckeditor.com/ Think what they do is insert a Div under the image object that contains a Description. Really hoping to see this in the future as i would like to keep third party plugins to a minimum. Christian
Editing the RadEditor's Tools file is rather cumbersome and error prone. Thus, please provide an XML-Schema file that can be downloaded from the Telerik website and added to the corresponding Tools XML file header, so Visual Studio and other integrated IDEs can provide IntelliSense and error checking.
When dragging items from an outside source into a RadEditor, be it text, image, video, etc. The API used to perform drag & drop is lacking. For example, an overlay needs to be shown over the top of the iframe element for the editor, whereas I would like to perform the drop at a specified area where I drop - not where the cursor is located.
Steps to reproduce: 1. Write a couple of words: one two three 2. Select the second word two without the spaces around it and delete it 3. You'll see a single space between one and three in Design mode, while they are actually two in HTML mode.
