When the Lightweight render mode is enabled and you set large text in any of the dialogs of RadWindow, part of the text appears outside of the window.

You can workaround this issue by overriding the styles of the dialogs. Below you can check a possible approach for RadAlert:
    <style type="text/css">
        div.RadWindow {
            overflow: auto;
            height: auto !important;
        }

        .rwDialogMessage {
            padding-bottom: 30px;
        }
    </style>

When you set the Width property of a RadSlider control in Classic render mode with a percentage value, the width will be used in pixels instead. For example, if you set it to 100%, it will become 100px.

Please see the following Forum topic and attached images:

http://www.telerik.com/forums/multi-row-tabs#i-uWt1OdnEKceUHt32s43Q

We would consider this to be a bug, and the response we received back from Ivan Danchev was less than satisfactory given that this topic is now over 5 years old.

Please consider adding this to your roadmap and addressing this behaviour sometime in the near future.

For the time being you can manually add/remove the outline style for the focus state of the checkboxes/radio buttons:
CSS:
	<style>
		.rfdRealInput:focus {
			outline: 1px dotted !important;
		}

		.outlineClass {
			outline: 1px dotted !important;
		}
	</style>
JavaScript:
	<script src="//ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.9.1/jquery.min.js"></script>
	<script>
		function pageLoad() {
			$('input[type=checkbox],input[type=radio]').each(function () {
				this.addEventListener('focus', function () { addOutlineClass(this) });
				this.addEventListener('blur', function () { removeOutlineClass(this) });
			});
		}
		function addOutlineClass(checkbox) {
			$(checkbox.nextSibling).addClass("outlineClass");
		}

		function removeOutlineClass(checkbox) {
			$(checkbox.nextSibling).removeClass("outlineClass");
		}
	</script>
ASPX:
		<telerik:RadScriptManager ID="RadScriptManager1" runat="server">
		</telerik:RadScriptManager>
		<telerik:RadFormDecorator ID="RadFormDecorator1" runat="server" DecoratedControls="All" />
		<asp:TextBox ID="Textbox1" runat="server" />
		<asp:RadioButtonList ID="Radiobuttonlist1" runat="server">
			<asp:ListItem Text="text1" />
			<asp:ListItem Text="text2" />
		</asp:RadioButtonList>
		<asp:CheckBoxList ID="Checkboxlist1" runat="server">
			<asp:ListItem Text="text1" />
			<asp:ListItem Text="text2" />
		</asp:CheckBoxList>

Instead of an exception the file should be served uncombined.

To avoid this, you can simply remove the StyleSheetReference entries from the StyleSheetManager if you do not intend to have them combined. Having them there will not bing a performance benefit if they are not combined.

The other option is to add the appropriate folders in the web.config:
<appSettings>
	  <add key="Telerik.Web.UI.StyleSheetFolders" value="~/folder1; ~/folder2" />

Navigate to:

http://localdemos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/treelist/examples/databinding/loadondemand/defaultcs.aspx

1) Expand item with ID:2, then items: id:1413, id:1414

2)Expand item id:1

3)Fill Item ID textbox with "303" and Level textbox with "2"

4)Click "ExpandItemToLevel"

5)The icon of item 304 seems like "expanded"(and it should be), however the item is not expanded.
