The issue will not be fixed since there is a big chance to introduce a breaking change. Nevertheless, there is a simple solution that could be use. The solution is to manually remove the hidden column from the ClientState on the client.

    <script type="text/javascript">
        function test() {
            var gridID = $telerik.$(".RadGrid")[0].id;
            var clientState = document.getElementById(gridID + "_ClientState");
            var value = clientState.value;
            if (value) {
                var parsedValue = JSON.parse(value);
                parsedValue.hidedColumns = [];
                clientState.value = JSON.stringify(parsedValue);
            }
        }
    </script>

A workaround is to use the ClientTemplate and change the strings manually with some JavaScript (http://www.telerik.com/help/aspnet-ajax/htmlchart-client-templates-for-tooltips-and-labels-execute-javascript-and-display-html.html), e.g.:
<telerik:RadHtmlChart runat="server" ID="RadHtmlChart1" Width="400px" Height="400px">
	<PlotArea>
		<Series>
			<telerik:BarSeries>
			<LabelsAppearance>
			<ClientTemplate>
				#if (value > 0) {# $#=value# #} else {# -$#=value * -1# #} #
			</ClientTemplate>
			</LabelsAppearance>
				<SeriesItems>
					<telerik:CategorySeriesItem Y="20" />
					<telerik:CategorySeriesItem Y="10" />
					<telerik:CategorySeriesItem Y="-30" />
				</SeriesItems>
			</telerik:BarSeries>
		</Series>
	</PlotArea>
</telerik:RadHtmlChart>

Currently labels of SeriesItems with values greater or equal to the YAxis MaxValue are being cut:

    When chart title is not set.
    AND the labels position is set to Above for AreaSeries, LineSeries, ScatterSeries and ScatterLineSeries.
    OR the labels position is set to outsideEnd for ColumnSeries.
    In FireFox, Opera and WebKit browsers.

For the time being the chart title can be set with space character.

The error is observed when an item that is added from the client-side is to be transferred to other RadListBox from a RadListBox that is loading on demand. Unfortunately the control supports such scenario only when that transfer is made from the server side.

As a workaround you can manually display the loading panel as per this KB - http://www.telerik.com/support/kb/aspnet-ajax/window/details/custom-loading-sign-for-radwindow

When the focus of the RadButton is set on the server-side, the active element becomes the inner input and not the span wrapper of the button.
For the time being the client-side focus can be set. For example:

       	<telerik:RadButton ID="serverFocusBtn" runat="server" RenderMode="Classic" Text="Postback" TabIndex="0" OnClientLoad="btn_load" />
        <script type="text/javascript">
            function btn_load(btn) {
                btn.focus();
            }
        </script>

Click the misspelled word with the mouse and it changes to a textarea that you can edit. This has to be available through the keyboard as well. Related to http://feedback.telerik.com/Project/108/Feedback/Details/126937-add-tabindex-attributes-to-the-radspell-dialog-elements
A possible workaround is attached. The DialogScriptFile is used to add tabIndexes and override some internal methods in order to provide a keyboard event. In the sample the misspelled word TabIndex is hardcoded to 2 and you need to leave room for it, regardless of the position you choose. It cannot be dynamic.
