The problem could be described with the following behavior:
·         Cannot insert a link with the Link Manager;
· If switched to HTML mode cannot return to Design mode, switching to Preview – allows Design mode.
· A JavaScript error is thrown on focusing and on editing the content area.

Possible fixes are:
o   Removing the Modernizr JavaScript file;
o   Setting the RadEditor with ContentAreaMode="Iframe" property;

Declined with the following reason - chart series are preserved in the ViewState by default. You can do one of the following:
1) Either disable the ViewState of the chart or its container:
ASPX:
<asp:Panel ID="Panel1" runat="server" EnableViewState="false" />
C#:
		RadHtmlChart chart1 = new RadHtmlChart();
		chart1.EnableViewState = false;
2) Or clear the chart Series collection after adding the chart to the page:
		RadHtmlChart chart1 = new RadHtmlChart();
		chart1.ID = "myChart";
		//Add the chart to the page
		Panel1.Controls.Add(chart1);
		//Clear the series after adding the chart to the page
		chart1.PlotArea.Series.Clear();

The 'Link Text' text box does not always appear in the Link Manager of RadEditor in IE. Behavior is observed when text in an inline element is selected and Link Manager is opened.

When a table is created through the table wizard and a background image is set to one of the cells, saving and closing the Editor in SP2010 causes the background image to be stripped.

When a SingleClick RadButton is clicked and its AutoPostBack property is set to false its disabled state as well as the optional text from the SingleClickText property are persisted. For the time being the SingleClick functionality can be set on the client. For example:
ASPX:
		<script type="text/javascript">
			function DoSubscriptionValidation(button, args) {
				var isPostBack = window.confirm("Perform postback?");
				button.set_autoPostBack(isPostBack);
				if (isPostBack) {
					button.set_singleClick(true);
					button.set_singleClickText("Please Wait");
					button.click();
				}
			}
		</script>
		<telerik:RadButton ID="RadButton1" runat="server" Text="Click"
			OnClick="OnClick1" OnClientClicking="DoSubscriptionValidation" />
C#:
	protected void OnClick1(object sender, EventArgs e)
	{
		System.Threading.Thread.Sleep(2000);
	}

FIX: RadEditor in an iframe on iPad grows infinitely

The following workaround could be used temporarily:
   <script type="text/javascript">
            Sys.Application.add_load(function () {
                var editor = $find("<%=RadEditor1.ClientID%>");
                var viewportWidth = document.documentElement.clientWidth;
                var viewportHeight = document.documentElement.clientHeight;
                editor.setSize(viewportWidth.toString(), viewportHeight.toString());
                    }
        )
        </script>

When a RadButton with a PostBackUrl property set is located inside an UpdatePanel, it does not redirect to the PostBackUrl on click and a JavaScript error message is thrown.

The workaround is to use:

- Either a RadButton (ButtonType="LinkButton") and set its NavigateUrl to the desired page that is to be redirected

-OR a RadButton (ButtonType="StandardButton") and use its OnClientClicking event handler to cancel the postback and redirect to the desired page through window.location.href. For example:

    <script type="text/javascript">
        function OnClientClicking(sender, args) {

            window.location.href = "http://www.bing.com";
            args.set_cancel(true);

        }
    </script>

Rejected with the following description:

RadEditor performs complex operation in order to manage its content when switching between Design and HTML modes like cloning elements and inserting content in iframe elements. Internet Explorer, however, has some limitations related to that particular operations that prevents the control from preserving the onload attribute (e.g., attributes are not preserved when the iframe is cloned, writing html to an editable iframe doesn't always preserve the event attributes).

In order to handle that scenario you can replace the event attributes with JavaScript events. For example:

<telerik:RadEditor ID="RadEditor1" runat="server" ContentFilters="ConvertToXhtml">
            <Content>
                <html>
                    <head>
                        <script>
	window.onload = function () {
		alert(1);
	}
                        </script>
                    </head>
                    <body >
                        some text
                    </body>
                </html>
            </Content>
        </telerik:RadEditor>

Note: the ConvertToXhtml filter should be enabled as well.

This issue is related to a specific browser bug. In this case Internet Explorer does not allow changing the text alignment with JS. However, to workaround it please use the following CSS rule:

html .RadInput .riTextBox {
    text-align: right;
}

For the specific state on the control you can add the corresponding CSS class (riEnabled / riFocused / riHover) on the same selector

html .RadInput .riTextBox.riEnabled {
    text-align: right;
}

The issue appears in Classic render mode and is due to the use of an image for background which does not stretches(which is a limitation). A possible workaround is to include the following CSS:

.rgHeaderWrapper div.rgHeaderDiv{
 background:none;

}

It is browser bug, and the only possible fix we could do is to it by cancel the row event/stop propagation. But in this case we will broke the templates of the calendar, and they will not work anymore. Also could lead to some problems with the pickers and all places where the calendar is inside scrollable/drag-drag drop/ containers and the event need to bubble. So this will stay as limitation. In case the calendar is not used inside containers that have click interactions, this workaround is suggested for solving the issue:

var cal = Telerik.Web.UI.Calendar.CalendarView.prototype;
cal._och = cal._onClickHandler;
cal._onClickHandler = function (ev) {
    this._och(ev);
    $telerik.cancelRawEvent(ev);
}
