There should be two properties under the SpellCheckSettings that let the developer prevent the alerts that are shown when there are no errors and when spellcheck finishes.
They could be called SuppressCompleteMessage and SuppressNoErrorsMessage. They would both be boolean and default to false to prevent a breaking change.

The toolbar doesn't show when its mode is ShowOnFocus and PageTop in IE11

A possible resolution is to attach a function to the editor's "focusin" event, the logic of which is to force the visibility state of the toolbar. You can examine the following example:

<telerik:RadEditor runat="server" ID="RadEditor1"
	ToolbarMode="ShowOnFocus" OnClientLoad="OnClientLoad">

</telerik:RadEditor>

<script type="text/javascript">
	function OnClientLoad(editor, args) {
		editor.attachEventHandler("focusin", function (e) {
			var toolAdapter = editor.get_toolAdapter();

			setTimeout(function () {
				var isVisible = toolAdapter._toolbarHolder ? toolAdapter._toolbarHolder.isVisible() : false;
				if (!isVisible) {
					toolAdapter._showToolbarHolder(true);
				}
			}, 0)
		});
	}
</script>

When a RadEditor's toolbar mode is set to RibbonBar, its left and right border disappear.

Possible solutions are to set custom CSS styles that fixes the resizing issue under IE11:

Approach 1:
.RadRibbonBar.RadRibbonBar_<SkinName> {
 margin:1px;
}

Approach 2:
.reToolbarWrapper {
 padding-left:1px;
 padding-right:1px;
}

FIX: The toolbar commands don't fire when the editor is in iframe and has hidden parent in IE11. The content area is disabled too.

1. Delete the content and type some text

2. Insert a horizontal rule

3. Once you click at the typed text you cannot go to the next line in IE, additional text cannot be inserted in FF, in Chrome when you try to type some text it is inserted at the first line

The button should be added at the top right corner of the formatted code snippet.

It should use JavaScript only and not an applet so that content generated from RadEditor can be re-used in other pages.

Ideally, it will copy plain text with preserved indentation to the clipboard.

Whether the button will be added should be controlled via a checkbox in the Format Code Block dialog. Leave your comment whether you want it checked by default (which can be considered a breaking change).

User is able to add this to the radeditor with allowscripts=false...granted not a script but CLEARLY gaming the system. It shouldn't be up to us to write custom filters to handle these things, it should be native and tested in the editor itself.

Image map editor doesn't load the selected image in IE11.

This problem causes the handles of the widget to be rendered at an incorrect position. The resizable widget should dispose or repaint itself, when the image is being dragged around the content.

Possible workaround is to reselect the element on the dragend event of the editor's content. You can follow this example setup:

 <telerik:RadEditor runat="server" ID="RadEditor1" OnClientLoad="OnClientLoad">
</telerik:RadEditor>

<script type="text/javascript">
	function OnClientLoad(editor, args) {
		editor.attachEventHandler("ondragend", function (e) {
			var selElm = editor.getSelectedElement();
			if (selElm && selElm.tagName && selElm.tagName === "IMG") {
				editor.selectElement(selElm);
			}
		});
	}
</script>

When hyperlinks are inserted into the content of RadEditor in preview mode there are additional attributes , which are retrieved by the get_html() method.

If the MaxHtmlLength is set and the content is close to the limit on switching to preview mode breaks the normal behavior of the editor. The validator alerts that the length is exceeded, because of the additional attributes and the client is not able to open any other mode.

If a font table (i.e. default font, or the \fonttbl keyword) is missing from the RTF content that is being loaded in RadEditor, the control should not throw an error. If possible or needed, a font table section can be added if it is not already present in the content.

The content area size is exceeding RadEditor's height in IE11 with its default document mode "Edge". Currently the issue could be worked around by setting the following meta tag.

      <meta http-equiv="x-ua-compatible" content="IE=10">
The approach is described on the following article:

setSize() is not applying dimensions properly to the content area.

RadEditor is resized correctly but the content area isn't. Once resize RadEditor manually through its resize handle, the content area becomes resized properly.

The scenario is related to RadEditor working with content providers. When inserting an image in chrome through Image Manager, the default width and height are applied to the HTML. The behavior is observed only in Chrome browser.

This would be needed in cases when the developers desire to create a logic which accepts all changes on Client-side without alerting any messages to the user.

For the time being you can use the following example have more control over the Track Changes feature on the client:

 <telerik:RadEditor ID="RadEditor1" runat="server" EnableTrackChanges="true">
     <Content>
         <p>Some text</p>
     </Content>
     <TrackChangesSettings CanAcceptTrackChanges="true" />
 </telerik:RadEditor>

 <telerik:RadButton runat="server" ID="RadButton1" AutoPostBack="false"
     OnClientClicked="OnClientClicked" Text="Accept Changes!"/>

 <script type="text/javascript">
     function OnClientClicked(sender) {
         var editor = $find("<%= RadEditor1.ClientID  %>");
         var trackChanges = Telerik.Web.UI.Editor.TrackChanges;

         trackChanges.setEditor(editor);

         /* use acceptAllChanges() method to prompt the user
         whether to accept or not accept the changes */

         //trackChanges.acceptAllChanges();

         /* use acceptAllChangesSilently() method to directly
         accept changes without notifying the user */

         trackChanges.acceptAllChangesSilently();
     }
 </script>

In the ImageManager when using AsyncUpload as the upload manager control, the uploaded image is not selected. This prevents a fluent workflow of upload and insert of the image.

The image preview should react in a contextual way when deleting the image as well. Then the previewer should stay empty as is the case with a first load of the dialog.
