If the content of the editor contains an inline style which starts with - as -webkit-text-... like in:

<h1 style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px;">My Title</h1>

A server error is thrown:

Server Error in '/' Application.
Name cannot begin with the '-' character, hexadecimal value 0x2D.

The ContentTemplate is designed as a container for server controls, so you would need to declare and use a RadWindow with a ContenTemplate (even blank) for this to work as expected. The ContentTemplate element is not created upon client-side setting at this point, so having a content that is not where it is supposed to be may break the control afterwards (e.g., if autosizing is used).

A workaround is to create a dummy content template that can alleviate most issues:
var wnd = radopen(null, wndName);

//create an imitation of the ContentTemplate
if (!wnd.___customContentElemCreated) {
$telerik.$("iframe", wnd.get_popupElement()).remove();

var cElem = document.createElement("div");
cElem.setAttribute("id", wnd.get_id() + "_C");
cElem.style.display = "";
cElem.style.overflow = "auto";
cElem.style.border = "0px";
wnd.set_contentElement(cElem);
wnd.setWidthDockMode(wnd.get_width());
wnd.setHeightDockMode(wnd.get_height());

wnd.___customContentElemCreated = true;
}

wnd,set_contentElement(theNewElem);

Workaround:
Set ClickToOpen = true in the control markup or if you want to set it only for the problematic browsers, use the following server-side code:

    protected void Page_Load(object sender, EventArgs e)
    {
        string userAgent = Request.UserAgent;
        string searchPattern = "ARM(?i)|Touch(?i)";

        if (System.Text.RegularExpressions.Regex.IsMatch(userAgent, searchPattern))
        {
           RadContextMenu1.ClickToOpen = true;
        }
    }

Click the misspelled word with the mouse and it changes to a textarea that you can edit. This has to be available through the keyboard as well. Related to http://feedback.telerik.com/Project/108/Feedback/Details/126937-add-tabindex-attributes-to-the-radspell-dialog-elements
A possible workaround is attached. The DialogScriptFile is used to add tabIndexes and override some internal methods in order to provide a keyboard event. In the sample the misspelled word TabIndex is hardcoded to 2 and you need to leave room for it, regardless of the position you choose. It cannot be dynamic.

A proper workaround for this problem is applying this CSS rule:

div.RadEditor .RadRibbonBar .rrbButton img.rrbButtonImage {
    top:-7px;
}

Declined with the following reason - chart series are preserved in the ViewState by default. You can do one of the following:
1) Either disable the ViewState of the chart or its container:
ASPX:
<asp:Panel ID="Panel1" runat="server" EnableViewState="false" />
C#:
		RadHtmlChart chart1 = new RadHtmlChart();
		chart1.EnableViewState = false;
2) Or clear the chart Series collection after adding the chart to the page:
		RadHtmlChart chart1 = new RadHtmlChart();
		chart1.ID = "myChart";
		//Add the chart to the page
		Panel1.Controls.Add(chart1);
		//Clear the series after adding the chart to the page
		chart1.PlotArea.Series.Clear();

The changes applied to a newly uploaded image through the ImageEditor are not taken into account when inserting the image in RadEditor. The issue is reproducible in all browsers.

When the tracking feature is enabled some of the existing features don't work properly. For eg:
a. If existing text were bulleted they were not displayed properly.
b. If bulleted content was copied over from a web page and pasted into the RadEditor control formatting was not retained.
c. If text in the editor that was modified previously and not accepted by a user, a change made to the same text after some time does not capture the new username and date time stamp by the same /different user.

Please fix the tracking feature for SharePoint

This issue is related to a specific browser bug. In this case Internet Explorer does not allow changing the text alignment with JS. However, to workaround it please use the following CSS rule:

html .RadInput .riTextBox {
    text-align: right;
}

For the specific state on the control you can add the corresponding CSS class (riEnabled / riFocused / riHover) on the same selector

html .RadInput .riTextBox.riEnabled {
    text-align: right;
}
