This problem causes the handles of the widget to be rendered at an incorrect position. The resizable widget should dispose or repaint itself, when the image is being dragged around the content.

Possible workaround is to reselect the element on the dragend event of the editor's content. You can follow this example setup:

 <telerik:RadEditor runat="server" ID="RadEditor1" OnClientLoad="OnClientLoad">
</telerik:RadEditor>

<script type="text/javascript">
	function OnClientLoad(editor, args) {
		editor.attachEventHandler("ondragend", function (e) {
			var selElm = editor.getSelectedElement();
			if (selElm && selElm.tagName && selElm.tagName === "IMG") {
				editor.selectElement(selElm);
			}
		});
	}
</script>

RadEditor uses a RadWindow for its dialogs so when the global rendering of RadCocntrols on the page is set to Lightweight the dialogs need to be consistent.
There could be implemented a property to control the RenderMode of the dialogs themselves.

When hyperlinks are inserted into the content of RadEditor in preview mode there are additional attributes , which are retrieved by the get_html() method.

If the MaxHtmlLength is set and the content is close to the limit on switching to preview mode breaks the normal behavior of the editor. The validator alerts that the length is exceeded, because of the additional attributes and the client is not able to open any other mode.

Telerik version 2011.1.614.35
I am facing following two issues with RadEditor on Chrome (version 28.0.1500.95) and Safari (version 5.1.7) -

a. Gray area is seen in the lower part of the RadEditor for Design and Preview modes. When some text is typed, the gray background vanishes for that line of text.

b. Border of the RadEditor is not complete at the bottom left corner in the HTML mode. This behavior is seen whenever there is some text in it, be it the default text or the text of the field that is bound.

Please refer the attachment RadEditorIssues.png

Create a page as below and assign a limited toolset to each editor in the code behind:

 <telerik:RadEditor  ID="RadEditor1" Skin="Default"  ContentAreaMode="Div"   runat="server"      Width="265px" Height="120px"  ToolsWidth="265px">
       <Content><p>A Word</p> </Content>
</telerik:RadEditor>

 <telerik:RadEditor  ID="RadEditor2" Skin="Default"  ContentAreaMode="Div"   runat="server"     Width="265px" Height="120px"  ToolsWidth="265px">
       <Content><p>A Word</p> </Content>
</telerik:RadEditor>

[Continue with this until ...]

 <telerik:RadEditor  ID="RadEditor10" Skin="Default"  ContentAreaMode="Div"   runat="server"     Width="265px" Height="120px"  ToolsWidth="265px">
       <Content><p>A Word</p> </Content>
</telerik:RadEditor>

Now display this page and right click for the top editor's Context Sensitive popup menu. Now scroll down to the bottom menu and right click for that menu's context sensitive menu. My experience is that this will erroneously produce the popup at the top of the browser. This is the most extreme example of a general behaviour where the vertical placement of popups is typically off the mark when working with multiple editors and ContentAreaMode="Div". Get rid of the ContentAreaMode="Div" and the problem disappears.

Use the demo at:
 http://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/editor/examples/overview/defaultcs.aspx

Select html mode and clear all existing text
Enter some text and format it as bold, italic and underline
Enter 2 new lines (breaks)
Insert a 3x3 table using the table button in the editor

Result: When the table is inserted the text loses its formatting. See attached file.

setSize() is not applying dimensions properly to the content area.

RadEditor is resized correctly but the content area isn't. Once resize RadEditor manually through its resize handle, the content area becomes resized properly.

We have an issue where the RadEditor context menu for <td> element doesn't get displayed. It throws a "Permission Denied" error. Within <td> the table toolbar is not functional either.
To reproduce: In an aspx page, create an updatepanel with a LoadContent button, RadEditor and Save button.
1. Click on Load Contents button
2. RadEditor with text "Loaded" will get displayed
3. Insert a table
4. Go to a table cell and verify context menu for td shows fine
5. Click Save
6. Go to a table cell and right click - context menu doesn't show (If you have IE developers tool, you will see "Permission Denied" error.)

ASPx page:
<asp:Content ID="Content2" ContentPlaceHolderID="ContentPlaceHolder1" runat="server">
    <asp:UpdatePanel ID="upd" runat="server">

              <asp:Button ID="btnLoad" runat="server" Text="Load Contents"  OnClick="btnLoad_Click"  />

        </ContentTemplate>
    </asp:UpdatePanel>
</asp:Content>
C# Code:
 protected void Page_Load(object sender, EventArgs e)
        {
        }
        protected void btnSave_Click(object sender, EventArgs e)
        {
            HTMLEditor.Content = HTMLEditor.Content + " updated";

        protected void btnLoad_Click(object sender, EventArgs e)

OnClientModeChange event is not fired in Mobile RenderMode.

Steps to reproduce:
Run the following code in a mobile Chrome (or mobile emulation) and click the edit Pencil button that switches the edit modes:

        <script type="text/javascript">

I have a RadEditor that is rendered in mobile mode on a mobile device emulator in Chrome browser.
For this editor, I have subscribed to OnClientCommandExecuted event. The event fires, but the problem is that it fires twice for ToggleScreenMode command.
To reproduce this issue, you can use the page code below and render it in Chrome mobile emulator; then press on edit pencil button followed by clicking the check button.
