When using custom shapes (circles, triangles, etc) in a RadHtmlChart, the custom shape should be displayed in the legend instead of always a square. This is because when printing with a black & white printer, the colored squares won't help the reader read the chart, however the shapes would.

If you set a specific paper size and the content that you are trying to export to PDF exceeds the size of the paper, the content is cut off. The RadClientExportManager needs to overflow this content to a new page.

This functionality would be consistent with the RadGrid's PDF export capabilities. Without it, the RadClientExportManager is only useful for generating PDFs IF one knows the exact size/dimensions of the content being exported.

RadPageLayout is a big help on creating a responsive design however, I find it hassle on changing its contents since you must use Source view in Visual Studio, 2010 SP1 to be specific, while Design view only shows you the appearance of the content of the page layout and you cannot edit it right there. I was thinking if you have this already in mind, the capability of changing the contents of the page layout while in Design view in order to see the changes right away and also, to have the properties listed on the Properties pane for each row, column and so on.

If there are any other way I can do as alternative for now in order to modify the contents of a RadPageLayout with ease please let me know while waiting for the next release if this would have a good point in your evaluation. Thanks in advance!

It'd be nice to have templatecolumns in the column definitions. Also that bound columns bounds to different properties other than expected, ie: Title, ID, etc. So for example I could implement different behaviors based on a gantt diagram.

<telerik:GanttBoundColumn  AllowEdit="true" UniqueName="colSelected" DataField="Selected" AllowSorting="false" DataType="Boolean">
            </telerik:GanttBoundColumn>

This should render a checkbox for example, but DataType="Boolean" its probably thought for Summary field.

I know this control is still on beta, but at least task selection would be nice to have.

Also I would like this control to be more performance optimized , In the project I want to implement it I need to draw quite a few tasks.

Thanks

For complex wizard setups, some later steps can be dependent on choices a user makes on some initial tabs.

For the RadWizard, it would be nice to be able to dynamically show and hide the tabs and steps from the User based on their choices (from client-side or server-side code). This would make the control a ton more useful and capable.

Thanks.

A good improvement in the RadHtmlChart would be to add an Opacity property for the series, which would allow the control of its transparency. The property can be set through the chartObject:
JavaScript:
		<script>
			function pageLoad() {
				var chart = $find("<%=BubbleChart.ClientID%>");
				chart._chartObject.options.series[0].opacity = 0.3;
				chart.repaint();
			}
		</script>
ASPX:
		<telerik:RadHtmlChart runat="server" ID="BubbleChart" Width="500" Height="400">
			<PlotArea>
				<Series>
					<telerik:BubbleSeries>
						<Appearance FillStyle-BackgroundColor="#6ab2c9">
						</Appearance>
						<SeriesItems>
							<telerik:BubbleSeriesItem Size="3" X="5" Y="5500" />
							<telerik:BubbleSeriesItem Size="12" X="14" Y="12200" />
							<telerik:BubbleSeriesItem Size="33" X="20" Y="39000" />
							<telerik:BubbleSeriesItem Size="10" X="18" Y="24400" />
							<telerik:BubbleSeriesItem Size="42" X="20" Y="32000" />
						</SeriesItems>
					</telerik:BubbleSeries>
				</Series>
			</PlotArea>
		</telerik:RadHtmlChart>

I need a timeline AJAX component to "Visualize sequences of events in a user friendly manner" like this one in WPF : http://www.telerik.com/products/wpf/timeline.aspx

Do you plan to do that ?
Thanks

In it's current state the RadButton only emulates the looks of a SplitButton, but not the behaviour.

In my point of view, such control should prove valuable to customers. More over, there is a growing need of base controls since we already have a at least three such implementations.

A RadSplitButton should be the base (or it's base should be the base) for all control specific implementations of a split button

For the time being you can position a style element with absolute position below the gauge cap that will store the current value of the gauge. See an example in the http://www.telerik.com/forums/some-questions-c37b45192cef forum post.

You can vote for this feature so that it must be implemented in the Kendo Gauge first http://kendoui-feedback.telerik.com/forums/127393-kendo-ui-feedback/suggestions/3692105-hi-need-a-label-for-the-pointer-shown-in-the-line
Once it gets implemented, it can be ported to the UI for ASP.NET AJAX Gauge server wrapper.

There are a number of useful parameters to Twitter's Tweet button that it'd be great to set using the RadSocialShare interface, notably the "via" parameter, which tacks on a related Twitter account to the end of a tweet, as in: "Check out this great site! http://www.url.com/ via @GreatSites", and the "hashtags" parameter, which tacks on hashtags. Available properties are listed here: https://dev.twitter.com/docs/tweet-button#properties.

Currenlty Series like Bubble, Bar, Column, Donut, Pie and Candlestick do not expose any appearance properties for the Series border. Expose appearance border properties like width, dashtype, color and opacity.

Temporary workaround for managing the border appearance:
Javascript:
	<script language="javascript">
		function pageLoad() {
			var chart = $find("RadHtmlChart1");
			chart._chartObject.options.series[0].border = {
				width: 2,
				color: "black",
				dashType: "dash",
				opacity: 0.2
			}
			chart.repaint();
		}
	</script>

ASPX:
	<telerik:RadHtmlChart ID="RadHtmlChart1" runat="server" Width="600" Height="400">
		<PlotArea>
			<Series>
				<telerik:ColumnSeries>
					<SeriesItems>
						<telerik:CategorySeriesItem Y="30" />
						<telerik:CategorySeriesItem Y="10" />
						<telerik:CategorySeriesItem Y="20" />
					</SeriesItems>
				</telerik:ColumnSeries>
			</Series>
		</PlotArea>
	</telerik:RadHtmlChart>

Currently the available appearance options of the line in Area, Line and ScatterLine Series are width and background color. Expose additional option for changing the dash type(e.g. dash, dashDot, Dot, etc). For the time being the following workaround can be used:
		<script>
			function pageLoad() {
				var chart = $find("<%=RadHtmlChart1.ClientID%>");
				//DashType: dash, dashDot, dot, longDash, longDashDot, longDashDotDot, solid
				chart._chartObject.options.series[0].dashType = "dot";
				chart.repaint();
			}
		</script>
		<telerik:RadHtmlChart ID="RadHtmlChart1" runat="server" Width="600px" Height="400px">
			<PlotArea>
				<Series>
					<telerik:LineSeries Name="Series 1">
						<SeriesItems>
							<telerik:CategorySeriesItem Y="30" />
							<telerik:CategorySeriesItem Y="10" />
							<telerik:CategorySeriesItem Y="20" />
						</SeriesItems>
					</telerik:LineSeries>
				</Series>
				<XAxis>
					<Items>
						<telerik:AxisItem LabelText="item 1" />
						<telerik:AxisItem LabelText="item 2" />
						<telerik:AxisItem LabelText="item 3" />
					</Items>
				</XAxis>
			</PlotArea>
