Alternating Row style of RadGrid is not applied when using Bootstrap skin.

Steps to reproduce:
For all other Skins these approaches work:
        div.RadGrid tr.rgAltRow {
            background-color: aqua;
        }

Or:
 <AlternatingItemStyle BackColor="Aqua" />

The reason probably is because there is >td directive built-in, which needs to be overridden manually in order for the styling to take effect (this works):
        div.RadGrid tr.rgAltRow > td {
            background-color: aqua;
        }

A possible workaround for this issue is available in the following forum post:

Release R3 2019
For keyboard users who don't have a specific Context Menu key (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Menu_key), they typically need to use the Windows standard SHIFT+F10 hotkey to trigger a contextmenu event.

For example:

1.	In IE, load http://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/grid/examples/columns-rows/columns/context-menu/defaultcs.aspx
2.	Tab to a column header link
3.	Press SHIFT+F10 (standard Windows/IE hotkey to open context menu)
4.	Notice the context menu displays, however, the focus is really on the IE menubar. IE supports F10 to open the menubar, but is also seeing SHIFT+F10 too.

Or
1.	In FireFox, load http://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/grid/examples/columns-rows/columns/context-menu/defaultcs.aspx
2.	Tab to a column header link
3.	Press SHIFT+F10 (standard Windows/IE hotkey to open context menu) then press down arrow
4.	Notice the context menu displays, however, the focus is really on FireFox's application system menu in the upper left.

Chrome does not have this issue - it opens the grid context menu only.
We need IE and FireFox to also only open the grid's context menu, and not trigger default browser behavior.

According to https://yuilibrary.com/yui/docs/event/contextmenu.html, it is possible to correct this behavior by calling event.preventDefault() when SHIFT+F10 is pressed, but then trigger a synthetic contextmenu event anyway.

As a workaround, we know users can press Escape to close the browser's default menu and bring focus back into the HTML document (and thus the grid's context menu), but this throws off the user experience and becomes a training issue.

When using the Microsoft Edge browser with the Editor, you cannot add field values for some form elements. This seems to affect Radio buttons and checkboxes. It is possible that it affects other form elements as well. I also see this same problem when using your demo page https://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/editor/examples/overview/defaultcs.aspx.

Edge does not offer the hasLayout capability of Internet Explorer, which selects the form element on click. In Edge you can select a form element as you could do it with a text: https://www.screencast.com/t/mo25Rm1kTSdB. The click selection is not currently supported.

Problem:

With the latest version of Google Chrome 61 the tooltip is not positioning correctly when the page is scrolled down.

Details:

The tooltip positioning problem is due to the following breaking change in Chrome 61 (see release notes at https://blog.chromium.org/2017/08/chrome-61-beta-javascript-modules.html):

To align with the spec and preserve browser consistency, the scrollingElement is now the documentElement in standards mode.
Chrome 61 has changed the behavior of document.scrollingElement to return document.documentElement instead of document.body to match the CSSOM View specification and this broke the positioning of the tooltip.

Solution:

Use the _getPosRelativeToMouse override to solve the problem:

<telerik:RadGrid ID="RadGrid" runat="server"></telerik:RadGrid>
<telerik:RadToolTipManager ID="RadToolTipManager1" AutoTooltipify="true" runat="server">
</telerik:RadToolTipManager>
   Telerik.Web.UI.RadToolTip.prototype._getPosRelativeToMouse = function(targetBounds) {
                 var elemX = targetBounds.x;
                 var elemY = targetBounds.y;

                 //Get last recorded mouse position
                 var pos = this._getMousePosition();
                 var mouseX = pos.clientX;
                 var mouseY = pos.clientY;

                 //Take into consideration the offsetScroll!
                 var standard = $telerik.standardsMode;
                 //$telerik.standardsMode does not do a good job! Extra check is needed for FF!!
                 //And yet another check needed for Safari! It should always be set to false in order to get the calculations right
                 if (!$telerik.isIE && document.compatMode != "CSS1Compat") standard = false;
                 else if (($telerik.isSafari && !(Telerik.Web.Browser.chrome && Telerik.Web.Browser.version >= 61)) || (Telerik.Web.Browser.edge && Telerik.Web.Browser.version >= 15)) standard = false;

                 if (standard) {
                     elemX -= $telerik.getCorrectScrollLeft(document.documentElement);
                     elemY -= document.documentElement.scrollTop;
                 }
                 else //NEW: Add support for quircksmode
                 {
                     elemX -= $telerik.getCorrectScrollLeft(document.body);
                     elemY -= document.body.scrollTop;
                 }

                 //Calculate the position of the mouse, relative to the targetcontrol
                 var deltaX = mouseX - elemX;
                 var deltaY = mouseY - elemY;

                 return { x: deltaX, y: deltaY };

Problem:

With the latest version of Chrome 61 the context menu is not positioning correctly in the treeview. It only happens when the treeview is longer than the window height and there are scrollbars. The EnableScreenBoundaryDetection should be enabled too (it is enabled by default).

Reproduction: see this video for a repro https://www.screencast.com/t/Reehai09gMP. The problem does not happen in the Chrome versions prior 61.

Details and Resolution:

The context menu positioning problem is due to the following breaking change in Chrome 61 (see release notes at https://blog.chromium.org/2017/08/chrome-61-beta-javascript-modules.html):

To align with the spec and preserve browser consistency, the scrollingElement is now the documentElement in standards mode.
Chrome 61 has changed the behavior of document.scrollingElement to return document.documentElement instead of document.body to match the CSSOM View specification and this broke the positioning of the context menu when the EnableScreenBoundaryDetection is enabled.

Solution 1
Place the following override over the RadTreeView declaration:

<script>
Telerik.Web.UI.RadMenu._getViewPortSize = function () {
        var viewPortSize = $telerik.getViewPortSize();

        // The document scroll is not included in the viewport size
        // calculation under FF/quirks and Edge.
        var quirksMode = document.compatMode != "CSS1Compat";
        if (($telerik.isFirefox && quirksMode) || Telerik.Web.Browser.edge) {
            viewPortSize.height += document.body.scrollTop;
            viewPortSize.width += document.body.scrollLeft;
        }
        else if (Telerik.Web.Browser.chrome) {
            viewPortSize.height += Math.max(document.body.scrollTop, document.scrollingElement.scrollTop);
            viewPortSize.width += Math.max(document.body.scrollLeft, document.scrollingElement.scrollLeft);
        }

        return viewPortSize;
    };
</script>
<telerik:RadTreeView RenderMode="Lightweight" ID="RadTreeView2" runat="server">
    <ContextMenus>
        <telerik:RadTreeViewContextMenu ID="RadTreeViewContextMenu1"runat="server"  RenderMode="Lightweight">
            <Items>
                ...

Solution 2
Set EnableScreenBoundaryDetection to false. This will disable the screen boundary detection and some parts of the context menu could be rendered beneath the browser borders when there isn't enough space to be rendered on the visible screen. You will have to use the browser scrollbars to show the hidden part of the menu.

The issue is scheduled for fixing in R3 2017 SP1, the release date of which is not yet decided. Please use the provided solutions above until the SP1 goes out officially.

Recommended Workaround: Apply the following CSS class to the page with RadWindow (*** Updated on 22 Jan 2018 ***)

<style>
	.RadWindow {
		padding: 0 6px 6px !important;
	}
</style>

Optional Workaround: Manually resize the Window at the stage of opening it. This example is re-using the width and height set in the markup.

JavaScript
<script>
	function openFixedSize(sender, args) {
		var oWindow = radopen("WindowContent.aspx", "RadWindow1");
		oWindow.__oWidth = oWindow.__oWidth ? oWindow.__oWidth : oWindow.get_width();
		oWindow.__oHeight = oWindow.__oHeight ? oWindow.__oHeight : oWindow.get_height();
		oWindow.setSize(oWindow.__oWidth, oWindow.__oHeight);
	}
</script>

Markup
<telerik:RadButton ID="RadButton1" runat="server" Text="Open - Custom" AutoPostBack="false" OnClientClicked="openFixedSize"></telerik:RadButton>

<telerik:RadWindowManager RenderMode="Lightweight" ID="RadWindowManager1" runat="server">
