Issue #1. When the Grid is not having any records (i.e. when the grid is initialized for the first time), if we define the Detail Item Template than the item template is shown 10-11 times.
Issue#2: When we have the pagination enabled in the grid and the records are fully filled on the first page and suppose the second page is half-filled with records, then in this scenario On the second page even the records of the first page are hidden but the data item template for those rows are visible which is not correct. Screenshot is attached.
Issue #3: The same scenario is happening when we searched the grid first with 10 records and then we search for 2 records, In this case also 8 records will be removed but there data item templates will still be visible on the grid.
With no filtering applied, the filter menu still highlights the filter-function defined in the CurrentFilterFunction property of the column.
Microsoft Edge 44.18362.449.0
Teleri Version: Version=2017.3.913.45,
When a item is selected and a postback is occured, the SelectedValue returns an empty string.
The correct SelectedValue should be return.
Thing that have been tried so far:
1: upgrade the telerik to the latest version (2020.114) ---> issue persists
2: set autopostback to "true" problem solved
3: use other browsers (chrome, FireFox, new Version 79.0.309.68 ) issue disappears
2: code behind
Hi,It would be really handy to have an best practice identity provider UX
There are many ways to skin a cat, but it would be really handy to have a UI component much like you find in the ~/Account folder created by MS that all worked.
That had all the recovery logon by email working, having built in 2FA working.
The quick win would be to tell us how to write a 'Telerik Scenario' and where we can share them in Marketplace.telerik.com ?
Did you observe the behavior, that Firefox (v71.0 64bit) does not turn the rad grid into edit mode, whereas IE11, Edge, Chrome (v78) perfectly work ok on the same grid?
Clicking the edit stencil button only makes the two arrows below rotate for some seconds, but nothing happens. What could that be?
Video Demo is attached.
If using Frozen Columns with MultiHeaders, where one column has many headers while the other fewer. Each header in a column occupies some space and they get hidden, this will cause the upper (header) portion of the Grid to change its size. With that, the scrollbar will move away from the mouse position and causes the scrolling jump back and forth resulting in flickering.
Demo video of the issue: RadGrid FrozenColumns Flickering Header. The video can be found in the attachments as well.
Unable to open "columns" sub-menu inside RadGrid's HeaderContextMenu on mobile devices. It does work on desktop PCs regardless of the OS.
Issue can be replicated starting with the version 2019 R1. Not present on previous versions (2017 and 2018 were tested)
I would like to highlight a GridLine based on a Labelled item when I have implemented skip in the HTML Chart.
Essentially, I have a series of days and would like to step the labels on a weekly basis. At each step I would like to highlight the GridLine associated with the label.
For the date picker and it's family of controls (time picker, date time picker), when using bootstrap skin, lightweight rendering and RTL page, the buttons for the picker are displayed on the wrong side of the control (the right side) instead of being displayed on the left side. I know this can be fixed using some CSS but although the html controls are in order (text and then button both in a container with RTL), the button is stuck to the right side somehow
If the Page culture is set to anything other than "en-US", RadDatePicker in the HeaderContextMenu will loose the correct format and swaps the Day with the Month after filtering.
Label position dynamic. I'm currently using "InsideBase", but if those values are so small it's not very visible, so i'd like place those on the outside end.
If RadGrid has UseStaticHeaders enabled, different HTML Tables are rendered and instructing JAWS to read the tables one by one will also read the Header. It would say Header with "n" number of columns and one rows, since the table has only one row and that is containing the Column Names.
It would be great, if the grid with Static Header could be made in a way that JAWS will only treat the grid as one Table instead of two separate tables.
