Only the selected tab has an aria-selected attribute. According to the documentation I can find, all tabs should have aria-selected, and be set to true or  false as appropriate.
https://www.w3.org/TR/wai-aria-1.1/#aria-selected

aria-selected (state)§

Indicates the current "selected" state of various widgets. See related aria-checked and aria-pressed.

This attribute is used with single-selection and multiple-selection widgets:

  1. Single-selection containers where the currently focused item is not selected. The selection normally follows the focus, and is managed by the user agent.
  2. Multiple-selection containers. Authors SHOULD ensure that any selectable descendant of a container in which the aria-multiselectable attribute is true specifies a value of either true or false for the aria-selected attribute.

Any explicit assignment of aria-selected takes precedence over the implicit selection based on focus. If no DOM element in the widget is explicitly marked as selected, assistive technologies MAY convey implicit selection which follows the keyboard focus of the managed focus widget. If any DOM element in the widget is explicitly marked as selected, the user agent MUST NOT convey implicit selection for the widget.

trueThe selectable element is selected.
undefined (default)The element is not selectable.

When you have both a Detail Item Template and a Detail Table inside a Grid and then when you show a hidden column using the context menu it only shows for the first row and the grid doesn't display properly.  It also throws the javasecript error "Unable to get property '_getVisibleColumnsCount' of undefined or null reference".

Add option to move each highlighted item to the top (while searching), even if it is found outside of the visible part of the drop-down. The current behavior is to show the highlighted item at the bottom of the dropdown.

Currently, the RadMultiColumnComboBox has smaller height than the AutoCompleteBox or the RadComboBox for example.

A possible workaround can be using the following styles:

<style>
    .RadMultiColumnComboBox .k-dropdown-wrap {
        padding: 4px 12px;
    }

    .RadMultiColumnComboBox .k-select {
        width: 1.42857143em;
        height: 1.42857143em;
        position: absolute;
        box-sizing: content-box;
        top: 0;
        bottom: 0;
        right: 0;
        left: auto;
        padding: 6px;
    }
</style>

Images with "*.jpeg" extension are saved as "*.jpg" in a different file even if the "Overwrite" option is checked.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open an image with "*.jpeg" extension in ImageEditor (e.g. test.JPEG)
2. Edit the image
3. Open the Save Dialog and choose "Save Image On Server" with checked "Overwrite if file exists?" option

Result: The edited image is saved as a new files with jpg extension (e.g. test.jpg)

We are evaluating whether to use Telerik to redesign a legacy web app written using an old version of Telerik.

After downloading Trial version on fresh install of windows, I can't add ajax control to form. `I am using visual studio 2019, this is the first version of Telerik installed on this computer.  I just get the "Error Creating Control RadScriptManager1. They do show up in the toolbox so this surprises me.

Very latest version.

Could it be a license issue?

When AutoResizeHeight is set to true in Chrome, on Editing in the content area, the view jerks, for example, when I select some text and click bold the view moves up. This happens on and off. The requirement for an editor is not to change position of the text which is being edited, it distracts the user.

In WebService binding scenario, the text of the items is not encoded and HTML code might get executed.

In Server-side Load on Demand binding this is not observed.

The following code can be used as a temporary workaround for WebService binding scenario:

<script type="text/javascript">
    Telerik.Web.UI.RadComboBoxItem.prototype._renderItemContent = function (d) {
        if (this.get_imageUrl()) {
            this._renderImage(d);
        }

        //https://stackoverflow.com/questions/6234773/can-i-escape-html-special-chars-in-javascript
        function escapeHtml(unsafe) {
            return unsafe
                    .replace(/&/g, "&amp;")
                    .replace(/</g, "&lt;")
                    .replace(/>/g, "&gt;")
                    .replace(/"/g, "&quot;")
                    .replace(/'/g, "&#039;");
        }

        d[d.length] = escapeHtml(this.get_text());
    }
</script>

I am using the option AutoResizeHeight ="true" for the RadEditor. When I click on add comment option, the editor scrolls right at the end and displays the add comment window.

How can I set the position of the add comment window as per by requirement?

If the Page culture is set to anything other than "en-US", RadDatePicker in the HeaderContextMenu will loose the correct format and swaps the Day with the Month after filtering.

How can we plot planned Vs Actual on RadGantt chart? We need two rows in the Gantt for each task. The first row to show planned while the second row shows actual progress. Both Actual and Planned progress to be shown in different colors.

Sample output is attached for your quick reference.

In much of the work we do, we need the user to pick a date-from and date-to.  Currently, this means making two distinct controls and having to write validation to ensure that date 1 must be before date 2.  Many sites, such as hotel booking sites, have a date-period selector as a single control and it would be great to have this available as part of the ASP.NET AJAX suite.  I believe that a date-period-selector tool is available as part of other Telerik control suites, so I was rather hoping that it could make an appearance for us too.  Thanks!

Test the code below on iPhone and mobile chrome/safari and you'll get a JS error:

<script type="text/javascript">

    EditorCommandList["ApplySizeColor"] = function (commandName, editor, args) {
        if (editor.getSelectionHtml() != "") {

            editor.fire("ForeColor", { value: "red" });  //fire the ForeColor command
        }
        else {
            alert("Please, select some text!");
            args.set_cancel(true);
        }
    };

I have an AutoCompleteBox that cuts off the last letter of the default message.

This only happens on load and in Mozilla FireFox.

After the user focuses the AutoCompleteBox and loses focuses the full default message is available.

It seems that this is related to the inability of FireFox to handle the size property of the input elements. On initial load, the input is sized by setting the size property of the input.

A possible workaround would be calling the internal _updateInputSize method in the OnClientLoad event of the AutoCompleteBox:

function OnClientLoad(sender, args) {
    if (Telerik.Web.Browser.ff) {
        sender._updateInputSize();
    }
}

I have found that there is a bug when working with tables in the editor in inline editing mode in Safari on Mac - https://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/editor/examples/inline-editing/defaultcs.aspx.

In the normal editing mode, you can edit the table properties by right clicking inside the table to get the context menu, then choose table properties, add row etc.

In Inline editing mode, it shows the context menu but when you click on any item it says to select the table. None of the other context menu commands like inserting rows etc work.

I have tested on your demo site and you should be able to simulate it there.

A possible alternative color for the #0082CC blue can be #007CC.
