If the Guest account has read access to the report in question, the link should work just fine. On the second question again, the user already has access to the report. Changing the report parameter value using the dedicated editors or the query string will not make a difference.

It would be really helpful if this worked with a guest account link.

I wonder if there'd be a way to make the query string parameter tamper proof?
